Exchange and Returns Policy
We hope you love your Nature’s Fleece purchase, however, if you wish to exchange or return item/s you can choose one of the following options:
- Exchange your Nature’s Fleece item for another Nature’s Fleece item or,
- Receive a refund for your returned Nature’s Fleece item.
RETURN
If you want to return your product because you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, or if you have changed your mind then please follow the following steps:
- Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including any tags/labels that may be attached. Nature’s Fleece will not accept items that have been worn or used.
- Please complete the return form included as a print-out in your order (or download here) and enclose this form in your return package.
- Please include the packaging list in your return package (the packaging list is provided as a print-out in your original delivery package).
- Send your return package to the return address in the return form. It is your responsibility to select a return postage/courier option which includes a track and trace code. We cannot take responsibility for, or refund, lost packages that do not arrive.
- Before you dispatch your return package please email our Customer Services Team at support@naturesfleece.com
- Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including any tags/labels that may be attached. Nature’s Fleece will not accept items that have been worn or used.
Please note: we are unable to replace, exchange or refund any item/s damaged because of improper cleaning. So please refer to our cleaning suggestions in our FAQs page. If you are unsure please contact our Customer Services Team at support@naturesfleece.com
All sales items and promotion items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please choose carefully.
Option 1
If you would like to exchange:
- Please indicate in the return form which product/s you would like to receive in exchange.
- If your exchange product/s has a higher or lower price than the product/s you return, you will receive an email from us to settle the difference in price via your original method of payment.
- Please note the following :
- We accept returned product/s within 14 days of our original shipping date.
- The costs for returning the product/s are your responsibility.
The costs for the shipping of your exchanged product/s are the responsibility of Nature’s Fleece.
On the day that we receive your returned product/s, we will ship out the product/s that you want in exchange to the delivery address specified in your original order.
Option 2
If you would like a refund:
- Please indicate in the return form that you would like a refund.
- Please note the following:
- We accept returned product/s within 14 days of our original invoice/shipping date.
- The costs for returning the product/s you ordered are your responsibility.
- Shipping costs in the original order are not credited.
- We will reimburse the amount, via your original method of repayment, within 5 working days from when the returned product/s is received.
